Number of guests*For every additional person/bed there is an extra charge of 10 € per night. Children up to 2 years old who sleep in a crib or baby cot are excluded. We can provide you with a baby bed park upon request and depending on availability.

Pets
Pets are allowed in our premises. Prior notice necessary. Please note that we only accept one pet owner per house simultaneously to avoid any inconvenience among guests. This works on a “first come first served” basis and will be arranged upon your booking.
In order to confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 25% of the total amount of your stay is required.
You can make the deposit directly to our bank account or via Paypal and Western Union.
Once we are notified of your deposit you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding all your booking details and the reservation is complete.
The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa & MasterCard) and in cash.
You will not be charged for cancelling your reservation no later than 3 weeks (22 days) prior to your arrival. We will sent you the deposit back upon your instructions. (you are bound to bear the expense for any additional bank transaction costs).
We have the right to charge you with the deposit amount (25% of the total price of your stay) for cancelling your reservation within 3 weeks (21 days or less) prior to your arrival. In that case the deposit is not returned.
The deposit is not returned if you leave earlier than expected and you will be charged with 50% of the total sum of the remaining time of your arranged stay, (that is until your scheduled departure date) as determined by law (Άρθρο 8 Ν1652/86/ ΓΓ 167 Α).
