House A

House A is a two-storey house of 86 m², suitable to accommodate up to 10 individuals. It is the combination of the apartments A1 and A2, as described above. The house is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, a wc with shower, a spacious living room – with sleeping space for 2 persons and a separate master bedroom on each floor. In addition, the house can board one more person on each floor (with extra charge), as it can be provided with sofa-beds or cots. Furthermore, we can accommodate you with a baby park bed upon request, depending on availability. There is air-conditioning (A/C) in the living rooms and ceiling fans in the bedrooms while mosquito nets are attached in all doors and windows. Neria summer house A offers a beautiful terrace where you can sit and relax in peaceful surroundings and a balcony (front and back) on the floor with a beautiful view to the garden and a distant view to the sea.
In addition, it has a spacious private courtyard surrounded by a fence. Children can play there safely and ample parking space is provided, while pets can be accommodated too (prior notice and arrangements necessary). The garden is also equipped with barbecue facilities.

*For every additional person/bed there is an extra charge of 10 € per night. Children up to 2 years old who sleep in a crib or baby cot are excluded. We can provide you with a baby bed park upon request and depending on availability.

Pets
Pets are allowed in our premises. Prior notice necessary. Please note that we only accept one pet owner per house simultaneously to avoid any inconvenience among guests. This works on a “first come first served” basis and will be arranged upon your booking.

Reservation & Payment

In order to confirm your reservation, a prepayment of 25% of the total amount of your stay is required.

You can make the deposit directly to our bank account or via Paypal.

Once we are notified of your deposit you will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding all your booking details and the reservation is complete.
The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival.

Please note that we only accept cash payments.

Cancellation policy

You will not be charged for cancelling your reservation no later than 3 weeks (22 days) prior to your arrival. We will sent you the deposit back upon your instructions. (you are bound to bear the expense for any additional bank transaction costs).

We have the right to charge you with the deposit amount (25% of the total price of your stay) for cancelling your reservation within 3 weeks (21 days or less) prior to your arrival. In that case the deposit is not returned.

The deposit is not returned if you leave earlier than expected and you will be charged with 50% of the total sum of the remaining time of your arranged stay, (that is until your scheduled departure date) as determined by law (Άρθρο 8 Ν1652/86/ ΓΓ 167 Α).
